Nathan’s passion for advocating for others, combined with his admiration for entrepreneurs, innovators, and job creators, has guided his academic and professional career. As a JD/MBA, Nathan brings a unique transactional perspective to complex business disputes and takes pride in understanding the details of the business operations and strategies of the clients he serves. As a new associate at RSHC, Nathan is gaining experience in multiple areas of litigation including: white collar defense, corporate compliance, products liability, and toxic tort litigation. He also serves the firm’s corporate clients in a transactional capacity, drafting complex business contracts.

Nathan’s number one goal is to add value to each team, organization, case or project he is involved with. To that end, he works relentlessly to identify important legal issues and solve them quickly and efficiently.

When he’s not spending time with his wife and three children, Nathan gains the most satisfaction by serving underprivileged individuals and actively participating in his church and community. He also volunteers his time to assist individuals with family-based immigration documents. Nathan is an enthusiastic sports fan and enjoys following the full menagerie of Chicago teams: the Bears, Cubs, Bulls and Blackhawks.
